The flush out body detox plan is for those who don't want to simply detox on water or fruit juice alone. The plan is for 48 hours only and is designed for those who perhaps have never experience and form of detox plan before. Let's first look at foods that you should not eat during the 48 hour detox.
Foods to Avoid During Your Detox
Red meat, Chicken, Turkey, Meat products such as sausages, burgers, and pate, Milk, Cheese, Eggs, Cream, Butter, Margarine, Bread, Croissants, Cereals, Cakes, Pies, Pastry, Quiche, Battered and Bread crumbed Foods, Salted nuts, Chocolate, Candy, Jam, Sugar, Processed foods, Ready Made Meals, Sauces, Alcohol, Coffee, Tea, Pickles, Salad Dressings, Mayonnaise, Salt and Carbonated drink.
What You Can Eat
Fruit
You can eat any fruit including fresh, frozen, dried or canned in natural fruit juice. This includes apples, bananas, pears, oranges, grapefruit, Satsuma, sultanas, raisins, pineapple, mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, nectarines, peaches, and melons.
Vegetables
Eat any vegetables including fresh, frozen or canned in water (without salt added). This includes carrots, onions, turnip, suede, sprouts, cabbage, peppers, mushrooms, corn, peppers, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, salad, tomatoes, and cucumber.
Fresh fish: Eat any fresh fish including cod, mackerel, salmon, lobster, crab, trout, haddock, tuna, prawns, Dover sole, red mullet, halibut, lemon sole, monkfish, and swordfish. You can eat canned salmon and tuna in water.
You can also eat brown rice and potatoes (jacket potatoes only).
Drinks
You should only drink fresh fruit juice or water. Strictly no tea, coffee, alcohol or soda drinks.
Your detox should last no longer than 48 hours and you should feel refreshed when you have completed it.
